The SASIC Constitution was unanimously ratified at the Council's 2007 Annual General Meeting. It details our operational procedures which include:
- holding an Annual General Meeting with an Industry Forum
- Council meetings bi-monthly
- working in partnership with SAFC staff and Board
- establishing and maintaining a website to communicate with industry
